Our Infrastructure

At Dimasoft Limited we ensure that the network and associated infrastructure used is of the highest quality. Our services are delivered data centres with exceptional levels of resilience. All systems are backed up by Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), as well as generators.

We ensure that the facilities used, have Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA), FM200 fibre protection system, as well as multiple fully resilient fibre connections into the UK’s main internet hubs. All servers are stored in locked cabinets and access to the machine rooms is strictly controlled. Security staff and CCTV systems ensure no unauthorised access occurs.

Our hosting services include backup DNS and MX services which are based in separate data centres. In the event of a rare failure of the primary network, the backup network will ensure that email is not lost. All servers used utilise RAID technology to provide a high level of dependability. Also we operate a policy of never overloading our servers; this ensures high performance for all of our customers.
