How does it work?
In the most basic terms, the phone system is ran via a Media Manager - a full
office telephone system which can handle anything from one to thousands of lines
and hundreds of sites. The Media Manager takes all of the varying types of media
streams and routes them to the relevant device, network or telephony provider.
